You can also up the cooking capabilities of your grill by equipping it with infrared burners. Choose either two conventional burners, two infrared burners, or one of each. There is also a 16,000 BTU back burner available for this grill, and it comes with a super high-torque motor, a stainless steel spit rod, two meat forks, and a counter balance. The Fire Magic Aurora features a 528 square inch cooking surface with cast stainless steel cooking grids and a stainless steel warming rack. It is constructed of durable, heavy-duty stainless steel and sports stylish rounded corners and polished edges. It has a double wall smoke hood, a state-of-the-art digital thermometer with meat probe, and a 9V, push-to-light ignition system. The stainless steel cart with this unit features a 15,000 BTU single side burner, a folding shelf, a retractable tool holder, and a retractable paper towel holder. Propane ( LP ) and natural gas ( NG ) models available. The NG model comes with a 10-foot quick disconnect hose, the LP model is powered by a 20 lb. cylinder ( not included ) and it comes with a hose and regulator. The unit also requires a 110V / GFI outlet for the rotisserie.
